I hope everyone reading this had a very nice Christmas holiday and I hope you are looking forward to a New Year filled with hope and promise. Of course the way to make those hopes and resolutions come true is to get out and make them happen. You’ll never get what you truly want by sitting around. You must take action! As most of you know, my practice is concentrated in two areas: IRS problem resolution and estate planning. In light of that, I want you to remember two things: if you have a tax problem, remember that it is a debt like any other debt and the IRS offers many different solutions to retire that debt. Second, if you haven’t formulated an estate plan, you are doing a great disservice to your heirs and are giving up control of your estate after your death. As the new year begins, the best thing you can do is be proactive and let us help you solve that legal problem and/or formulate the best estate plan for you.
