There is no minimum wait time between Offer submissions.  However, a better question is, “Is there any hope if I submit another Offer after my first one was denied?”  Yes there might be, depemnding on the length of time between the first and the second. for two reasons.  First, if you had no help in preparing your Offer, you probably did not take advantage of all the exemptions and deductions available in an Offer. Second, the current Offer progrm is much more “friendly” to the taxpayer due to new relaxed regulations that have been put into place due to COVID-19, so there is no better time to pursue one. Therefore, I urge you to let a professional examine your situation in light of current rules.
