(1) you need two witnesses, (2) A Notary Public must notarize the testator’s signature, (3) Neither the witnesses nor the Notary can be a beneficiary of the will, (4) A will should always be typed on a computer to avoid misinterpretation of handwriting, (5) writing on an executed will automatically voids the will, and (6) the testator does not need to specifically say someone is being left out of the will; leaving his name out of the will is enough.
